Pinhatt Peak

Pinhatt Peak (Dinh Pinhatt) is the highest mountain in the southern part of Da Lat, offering incredible vantage points directly over Tuyen Lam Lake and the Truc Lam Zen Monastery. The hike up is shaded by pine forest and is gentler than Lang Biang, making it an excellent outdoor excursion.

While Lang Biang gets most of the glory as Da Lat’s highest peak, Pinhatt offers a more accessible alternative with views that many consider equally stunning. The mountain rises above Tuyen Lam Lake, providing a unique perspective of the water and the famous monastery that sits on its shores.

The hike through the pine forest is one of the most pleasant in the Da Lat area. The trail is well-maintained and shaded by towering pine trees, with dappled sunlight filtering through the canopy. It’s a peaceful walk that builds anticipation for the views waiting at the summit.

At the top, you’ll find a viewing area that offers unobstructed panoramic views of Tuyen Lam Lake below.
