Ore Yoga Da Lat is a modern studio focused on creative, music-driven vinyasa flows. Rated 5.0 stars, it’s popular with digital nomads and young professionals. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the practice room with natural light.

About

Ore Yoga was built around the idea that small, consistent practices lead to transformation — the name comes from the Japanese word for “small.”

The studio occupies a converted space in central Da Lat with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding hills. The interior combines raw concrete, warm wood, and living plants — a mix of industrial and organic.

The teaching team draws from contemporary vinyasa, functional movement, and somatic practices. Classes aim to challenge the body while calming the mind, with creative sequencing that keeps practice varied.

Ore has become popular among Da Lat’s digital nomad and young professional crowd, who appreciate the flexible scheduling and the studio’s active Instagram presence.

  • Ore Flow (60 minutes) — The signature class: a creative, music-driven vinyasa flow that builds heat, strength, and flexibility. Sequences change weekly, keeping the practice fresh and challenging. All levels welcome, with modifications offered.
  • Power Yoga (75 minutes) — An athletic, strength-building practice that combines traditional yoga postures with functional fitness movements. Designed to build core strength, upper body stability, and lower body power. Intermediate level recommended.
  • Slow Flow (60 minutes) — A gentler pace that allows for deeper exploration of each pose. Focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and the meditative aspects of movement. Perfect for beginners or those seeking a more contemplative practice.
  • Stretch & Release (60 minutes) — A flexibility-focused class combining dynamic stretching, PNF techniques, and passive holds. Ideal for athletes, desk workers, or anyone looking to improve range of motion and reduce tension.
