“From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank them for their kindness and care. On February 18 we had an accident (not our fault) — a car hit the back of the bike. Honestly, at that moment we were less worried about ourselves than about what the owner would say and how much it would cost us. When we returned the bike, they looked everything over carefully, reacted calmly, and said the damage was very minor and didn’t charge us anything. It was incredibly kind and touched us deeply. We rented during the New Year holiday peak, so the price was a bit higher than usual, but they still gave us a discount. We’ll definitely come back here next time 💕”
